MindLink Software Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process consisted of a take-home programming exercise, and an in-person review of three parts. The first part reviewed my coding solution, the second part consisted of data structure and algorithm questions, and the third was a informal chat where I could ask questions.

The interview process is split into three stages: Stage 1) A brief initial phone call/zoom meeting. Stage 2) A take me home test: You are required to fix bugs in a console application, add required features and unit tests all in C# Stage 3) 3 Interviews in succession all on the same day. Technical, Social, then HR.
