    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mitchell International (San Diego, CA) in May 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was fairly straight forward. We were asked to make a sample program ahead of time, then we were asked about our design decisions and some basic questions to test our knowledge of the language we would program in. After the technical interview, we met with another engineer that essentially seemed to be trying to get a feel for how we would be as a software engineer. So it was essentially a behavioral interview as well.
