Got call from hr and she asked me everything like salary, experience and so on. She asked me do a task UI/UX task sent on my mail id. I completed the task over my weekends and sent them. I got call on Monday that cleared the design assignment task. Now i have do a telephonic technical round. After clearing that again got call from hr she asked me that their is one more round with manager, so i asked how many rounds will be there so she said there will be one coding round, akype call, then face to face. I said where this coding round come from i said earlier I'm not into coding, I'm UI/UX Designer not a developer. She said ok i will let you know by tomorrow. But never got call from them.
When you wanted to hire some coding guy why asked to do a design task at first place, why say hiring UI/UX Designer, say we need a developer. That's really frustrating. Companies doesn't even know what roles they are hiring for. Bad experience.
