    Driver Interview

    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MobileNet Services (Irvine, CA) in May 2013.

    Interview

I actually did NOT get interviewed. My friend worked there and he needed a driver, as most of the field engineers needed during that time.
I didn't even get an interview when I was promoted to RF Field Engineer.
I was offered a promotion a couple months after being a driver. I went through the provided hands-on training for 3 months. After that third month, which was also the end of peak, I hadn't been called in to work for ~6 months. The bills started piling up so I emailed Ed Krol and told him what happened. I also asked if it was possible for me to get some hands-on training in anything. He quickly replied and I began working that same week.

    Interview

Interview questions are generally designed to tap applicant attributes that are specifically relevant to the job for which the person is applying. The job-relevant applicant attributes the questions purportedly assess are thought to be necessary for one to successfully perform on the job. The job-relevant constructs that have been assessed in the interview can be classified into three categories: general traits, experiential factors, and core job elements. The first category refers to relatively stable applicant traits. The second category refers to job knowledge that the applicant has acquired over time. The third category refers to the knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with the job.
