    Interview

Participated in an interview for a salaried position at a local office. I was interviewed by the immediate supervisor. Interview questions were relevant to position, nothing off-the-wall. She seemed interested in me as a candidate and four days later I was contacted by corporate with a job offer. I am accepting the position.

    RECONCILIATION SPECIALIST Interview

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Syracuse, NY).

    Interview

I interviewed twice. The second time I drove over an hour in a blizzard to get to the interview. I was offered the job. I was told I would hear from HR but it took them some time. When I didn't hear back I called to follow-up with the person who offered me the job. She told me to call back in two weeks if I had not heard anything. I called her back and left a voice message. I was never contacted by her or HR. They offered me a job which I accepted and then they disappeared. Highly unethical. I would never waste my time nor would I recommend you do.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare.

    Interview

Very strange experience. Connected with the hiring manager and had a great phone interview. I found it odd that it was scheduled on a Sunday, but was told that they needed to fill the position quickly. I was told I would hear back from HR to schedule an in-person interview. HR never got in touch with me so I followed up with the hiring manager again. Finally rec'd a call from HR who said they had been trying to reach me by phone and email. Since I was waiting for the call I am 100% sure they never contacted me. That was strange and awkward. The in-person interview with the hiring manager went relatively well, A TON of typical interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, etc.) We met for over an hour and then I met with two from senior leadership. They had no prepared questions, just looked at my resume and asked very vague hypothetical questions that were very difficult to answer. For example I was asked "what do you use the most from college?", and "how would you compare two lists in Excel?" When I asked for clarity they said "it's whatever you want". It was just odd and a little awkward. I hadn't heard back in about a week so I checked my status on the online portal and noticed the job title had changed. I got a call from senior management a couple days later asking if I could schedule a "second interview" for the senior analyst position. When I told her I had never interviewed for a senior analyst position she explained that she thought "there had been a conversation" already. It was odd, but I asked her to send me the job description. After reviewing it and thinking a lot about my personal goals I politely declined the interview. She never responded to my email.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Columbus, OH).

    Interview

The interview process was meeting with several team members and leaders. The questions were pre-planned and were behavioral based questions. The team was unorganized though and didn't have rooms booked and in general the people I saw in the elevator were quiet and seemed unhappy. It was a strange environment to see such negativity during an interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Long Beach, CA) in March 2017.

    Interview

I interviewed through a staffing agency. The interview with Molina was very NEGATIVE. I was interviewed by 2 ladies who attacked me at any chance they could have, because to them "I don't have much experience". Every question they asked was to make me feel dumb, and after every question they asked a sub-question as if they trying to trick me. I knew immediately I would not get the job.
