Interview
It was very easy and straightforward. I was referred by a friend so it made the process so much more easier to get to the interview process. Behaviour sort of questions were asked. This was also a group interview as well so you really have to bring out your personality and skill set to make sure you differentiate yourself compared the other others in the room.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter and had an initial phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with a district manager. Decision is usually made within a few days depending on number of applicants and/or need.

Interview
My DM was the one who interviewed me. It was really simple, normal interview questions. All hiring paperwork was done online and then had to be faxed in. Completed a background and drug test. Rest of the Hiring process was done in about a week and then I was out on the floor working.
