Interview is systematic and is covered in two steps. Good professional and relevant questions are being asked. Time is not wasted on non relevant questions since, the Manager's are senior and they will only hire some useful resources. HR process is comfortable and waiting time is not there during interview procedures. The Senior management look clear on their expectations and their targets and also communicates clearly.
