Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at NBA (Beijing, Beijing (China)) in April 2013.

Interview

I got three interviews from April to June in 2013. My first two interviews are phone interviews because I was in the U.S, but the position was in China. The questions are really easy to answer. Interviewer asked me about my education background, work experiences, and the location preferences. The open questions are also really easy. The open questions are exactly the same in the two rounds. They asked my about the experiences of handling a tough coworker. My last round was impressive. They asked me about how to balance two different kinds of employees.

Interview Questions

  • The most difficult question is that interviewer asked me how to balance two different employees. One of the employee likes NBA games very much, but he knew nothing about marketing. The other has full of marketing skills but doesn't like NBA games.   1 Answer
