    Didn't ask anything. Showed the office. Told me to come for training and that's it. Told me to read FDCPA. I got training for a few days and that was it. I would recommend this to anyone that does cocaine on the regular, you will fit right in

    They really dig into what makes you tick, how you think, and your problem-solving capabilities. They ask the garden variety questions about previous jobs and your opinion of them. They also offer hypothetical situations and ask how you would handle it, or how you handled situations in the past. They wanted to know why I wanted to work for them and why I thought I was a good fit.

    Person doing interview was late. they did apologize. They tried to make the interview laid back and relaxing. So you weren't too nervous. You could answer questions after it was done. They were very friendly and seemed interested in you as a person without making it look like they were faking it

    Group interview. Asking questions regarding your backround. The process lasted 15 minutes. There was no real probing. Just general questions. Have you handled irate customers on the phone? How do you resolve issues when the caller is requesting a supervisor?

    I walked in to the office during a job fair they were holding. I was instructed to go into a room with computers and update my application then the receptionist set me up for a typing test. once I passed the typing test I was set up for my 1st interview, I passed the 1st interview and they sent me to the second interview after the second interview I was offered a position.
