One on one interview went great. Follow-up communication was hit and miss for a period of time. Be patient, yet persistent, e.g. consider all the dynamics that go on within a company and it's hiring process, yet track and follow-up at regular intervals, one a weeks, every 10 days, etc. until you get a final answer to status..

Negotiation

I was able to negotiate. Think through and understand what your personal compensation goals are, what the market will bear for like skill set, supply, demand, etc. Understanding the market demand for your skill level, experience, etc. will help you with fact based judgement and alignment of a target compensation that is realistic. Never be afraid to ask the question, yet be humble, professional and respectful.
