Applied through on-campus recruiting. Round 1 was with HR, very informal 30 min interview. They asked what you would expect. Why Nike, what makes you nike, favorite product, etc. Tell me a time when you dealt with ambiguity.
Interview two was a One-way video format. questions come up on a screen and you have 3 minutes to answer. 9 questions for IT stream.
Hong Kong:
interview in 3 languages (English, Cantonese, Mandarin). Interview with both hiring manager and HR. One hour interview, mostly going through items in CV and previous internship experience, with more in-depth questions about past projects and software skills

Very casual. It was done as part of a recruiting event. I was asked several questions about previous experiences. I received an email saying that I passed the initial interview round and was asked to provide some times of availability for the second interview. I replied very promptly with my times but was ghosted even after sending a follow up email. Not the best experience to have.
