This is a great question to come up with an answer ahead of time. Tell a story, even if it doesn't have anything to do with retail. Any story where you went above and beyond to help someone, and took it upon yourself to complete a task that was not your responsibility to begin with. You want to have a positive attitude and let them know that it was NEVER the customer's/other person's fault, and that you worked with them to resolve the issue.
