    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at National Association of Broadcasters (Washington, DC) in December 2015.

    Interview

Once you apply online, they will get back to you in a few weeks and ask you to come in for an interview. You come in all dressed up with your interview suit on and wait patiently in the lobby. The manager picks you up, and takes you on a wild elevator ride to their department floor.

    The interview begins:
You smile, they smile, ask you behavioral questions. They may even ask you whether you are familiar with a specific skill set like Photoshop. It's okay to be honest. Once you talk to three or four people, you then recuperate with the manager. You tell the manager, you had an awesome time getting to know the other team members. Just like that, its over. You go home, stare at your computer for hours and then *beep* a message pops up and you get the offer!
