Pretty easy. You complete two exams: numerical and IQ exam and an english exam. They took time but were easy. Proceeded to a HR interview and then an interview with the manager of the department and then got a call from the HR department with the offer

First, English & IQ test, if you succeed you will have HR interview.. after that if you are accepted they will call you for a second interview ( technical one) and if you succeed int it, you will get the job.

there are many tests before joined the NBE staff 1- English language test 2- Accounting test :- test in the accounting that include many transactions to be solved 3- problems solving test ;- there are 4 persons that did this interview with every applicant and they give the applicant any problems that often happened in the bank and measure your solution and how to solve this problem 4- self confidence interview :- After the problem solving test they trying to made you doubt in your solution and see your reaction and how you are solve this case and how it will reflects on your reactions 5- IQ tests 6- Meeting with the HR Manager that ask me some public questions in our life, this questions is randomly questions from her mind
