    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nationwide (Columbus, OH) in April 2015.

    Interview

Handled by staffing company, I met three managers in the interview. Two of them were Nationwide employees, and one was outsource consultant, but later employed formally by Nationwide and became my direct supervisor. Like any interviews, they asked me to introduce myself, then they introduce a little bit what did they do, and what did they need from this candidate. I took down the position by showing them concrete evidence that I understood well how to handle their mission and meet their requirement.
