Called over phone. Discussed past experiences, and hobbies. Didn't even talk about the job, was just a conversation. We talked about graduate research, cars, and hands on stuff. Easy.

    They fly you out but be aware of the fact that the whole process will take a lot longer than usual. They only deal in paper work. The HR people are bad at their jobs. They won't give you any idea about where you need to go and won't let you know when they'll get back to you.
