    About a two month process. After the first behavioral interview, which took place on my college campus, the second round came about a month later and it was a statement of interest question. A week later, they emailed saying I had made it to the 3rd and final round at the HQs in Chicago. It was a super day and consisted of 2 behavioral interviews and a case study/ conversation.

    • mostly behavior questions. Case study related to healthcare. They are focused on making sure you are the right fit for the company, in a cultural aspect, but also that you have problem solving skills and have real world sense.   Answer Question

    Applied through my university. Met with representatives during a meet and greet the night before the scheduled interviews. Very laid back, friendly experience. Representatives simply wanted to get to know you and decide whether or not you would be a good fit at the office.

    The two things they look for is whether you are a cultural fit for Navigant and whether you have what it takes to do the job or learn how to do it.

    • Asked about times where you took advantage of an opportunity, where you faced hardship and overcame it. They also ask you a case question that was reflective of a previous project they had.     The night before they hosted a meet and greet on campus. I met both people there from the department I was interviewing for. The day of I met with one person in the waiting room, made small talk. She then escorted me to the interview room where I met the actually interviewer (both people from the night before). The interview was pure behavioral and lasted 30 minutes.

    I applied through my university's online recruiting website. Was contacted about setting up an interview a week later. Brief, 30-minute interview that was almost entirely behavioral. No case study. Interview was pretty laid back.

    Manager came to school and had 30 min interview. She asked me typical behavioral questions and why this line of work. The second round of interviews, they flew candidates to Chicago and think it was mostly behavioral as well. In between the first and second round, they asked candidates to describe their ideal project and what industry they would like to work in and why; this helped them get a better idea of potential candidates and how they would fit in

One of the interviews was a case presentation we were given prior to the on-site visit. They asked a variety of different situational and behavioral interview questions.
