    I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Navigant (Los Angeles, CA) in March 2016.

    Interview

    Round 1: Phone interview with the Associate Director.
    Round 2: Phone Interview with Director.
    Round 3: In-person interview with the rest of the team.

    All of the interviews were pretty straightforward. They really stressed that they were looking for someone with a strong interest in the industry and position. All of the questions were thoughtful and focused on making sure I was a good fit for the job and their culture.

    Interview

    Two phone interviews then an in-person interview. First phone interview was slightly technical with questions about my experience. Second phone interview were more specific questions regarding the position to which I was applying to. In person was much of the same as the first two phone interviews.
