    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Navigant (Chicago, IL) in September 2015.

    Interview

The interview process was very pleasant on campus. The interviewer was personable and seemed to really want to get to know me. I got invited to their super day and felt like things went well except the case was very difficult. In the end I did not get the offer and ended up reaching out to no avail which I found a little upsetting. All in all they were very professional throughout the interview process.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Navigant.

    Interview

Resume dropped through college recruiting, and then they contacted you within the next week or so for an interview and a pre-interview reception. I met my interviewer through the reception, which was helpful for the interview the next day. The actual interview was straight forward, no case. Contacted 2 weeks later about offer- no second round interview.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Navigant in February 2015.

    Interview

On-campus recruiting--the whole process took about one week with one 30 min behavioral interview. Very informal. Mostly talked about my current work experience and had a conversation about that. If you received an interview, its because they already know you are qualified. They just want to see if you'd be a good fit.

The first interview was with HR. The interview was largely behavior based. Most questions related to your specific experiences. Explain how you xxxxxx during xxxxx job type questions. No technical questions. The second interview was with a director in the practice I applied to. This interview was much more informal and was more of a discussion of my past experiences and education. I was introduced to others in the practice as well.
