First interview was over video call, second interview was in person. They gave a tour of the workplace and I was able to ask questions to two people I’d be working with.

Interview
The initial interview was a 30 minute phone interview and I was contacted within a week to have an in-person interview. The in-person interview was more of an opportunity for me to ask questions, rather than questions towards me, and included an office/warehouse tour.
