The conversation and questions were fairly easy, but it was fairly obvious that they are looking for people that will be in office all the time while their current employees aren't happy about it.

First interview was great. Second interview was three hours long. All questions were behavior questions. They tell you all of this in interview one so it's not a surprise and they offer to help with mock interviews.
- Guve an example of something within the organization that needed improvement that I suggested and it helped improve the process.

Very normal/simple questions. You will want to make sure you do your research on the company as a whole. They are very big on knowing their history. Also make sure you check out some of their internal lingo that was used a lot.
- What I knew about their company and the services they offer.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Saint Louis, MO
I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé Purina U.S. (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2023
First round was with a recruiter who was extremely nice. 30ish min call to go over resume and two behavior questions. Next round was a bit more difficult. 3 hours long back to back with little to no breaks. By round 3, your mind is a little tired from already answering 8 behavior questions. Seems they asked about the same things/situations in a different way. I understood the purpose of these questions, but I think it’s a bit much to be asked 12 questions. Not a firm believer this determines a person rather their resume and an open discussion can give better insight to a person and they’re an ideal candidate for the position. Personally felt I was a strong candidate with my years of experience but may have felt short on answers.
- Name a time when you had to convince someone
