Recorded-video interview and aptitude assessment followed by in-person assessment centre. The online assessment contained tasks to assess multitasking, attention and focus.
Assessment centre consisted of a 20 minute individual presentation with Q&A , on a topic given in advance, an interview lasting around 40 minutes and a 20 minute task to priories and handle workplace situations given in the form of emails, with another interview to discuss decision making during this task.
No Feedback was given at any stage of this process.
