Interview
Applied online via LinkedIn and received an email saying I would be welcomed for an interview onsite, no telephone interview prior to this. Interview felt ok but it was disappointing not to receive any feedback as to why I was unsuccessful for the role.

The interview consisted of safety related questions and behavioural questions asking for examples of where I have demonstrated the Network Rail behaviours. They send out guidance on how to structure you answers with the interview invite, it was really helpful to use this.
