I went thru three interviews with three different managers. Although I was not selected as the candidate, I was extremely blessed to be considered for the position. I wish more companies would see experience and education and then take an opportunity on individuals who maybe missing a few components of the job description. Mentoring others allows them to complete the process successfully the way that they are being mentored, instead of potentially giving someone who does meet all criteria and implements their own way.
