3 steps interview process. First with an Acquisition specialist, then a technical interview with a tiny programming task. The last round is a personality check with one of the founders at the office. All very open and friendly conversations.

It was very smooth and comfortable process which include screening interview, offline behavior/technical interview with QA leaders, coding
interview (because of qa automation position), interview with founders.

Question 1
There were a lot of questions, but one that stood out to me was:
"How would you choose a test framework?"
It was a great learning moment for me because I realized I had always thought in terms of web app testing frameworks. This question made me consider testing tools for mobile and desktop platforms as well.

The application process for the position consisted of several stages:
1. Sending CV + Cover Letter over to the HR Representative;
2. Interview with an HR Representative to discuss the soft skills of the candidate, company culture, structure and mentality;
3. Technical assessment of hard skills, with the instructions communicated through the HR Representative;
4. Interview with the team at the office to discuss the hard skills of the candidate and their work mindset/culture;
5. Interview with the first co-founder to discuss how the candidate fits in the company's culture;
6. Interview with the second co-founder to discuss the job offer;
7. Signing of the job offer;
