No questions that wouldn't be expected. However, I did not

  (and should have) expected "A customer is calling in wanting to know how much it would be to repair the cracked screen on her iPhone 4".

The main point that I missed is that you must slather a lot of empathy on the customer, even before fulfilling their request to know the price.
