    Interview

Interviewed with the principal and vice principal. They asked all typical interview questions for teachers. Second interview with principal and several other classroom teachers. Again, typical interview questions. Expect a much better teaching environment, but the pay will not be as high as public school. Go in looking your best as this company promotes private schools. Don't be afraid to negotiate your salary this is a company and they do have some lee way.

    Interview

The 3 people I interviewed with are no longer there because this is an awful place to work and they have since left. Overall, average experience with no tough questions. Be aware that the management team interviewing now may make it seem like a lot better experience than it is. They are very dishonest people and you will surely learn if and once you are in.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nobel Learning Communities in February 2015.

    Interview

You go in for an interview and then you come back and do a working interview. It means you will have time in the classroom with a teacher that is already working in the center. Then you go back to talk to the principal. The principal asked me how I liked the experience and if I thought I would be a good fit. Then it took about 2 days for me to get a call back and I started in the middle of the next week after my background came back. However, mine did not take as long because I had already had one in the system through dcfs.

    Classroom Aide Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nobel Learning Communities (Beaverton, OR) in July 2013.

    Interview

I met twice with the principal, once for an interview in her office, once for further interview and a brief working interview with the children. Both times I was expected and my interview began on time. In addition to discussing how I'd fit into the school atmosphere, I was also given a very complete picture of whether or not the school was a place that would fit for me. I felt that I had a clear understanding of what would be expected.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked about my experience with children, different ways that positions I'd had would help me in this position, and given specific scenarios and examples of problems to consider and then describe how I'd work through those situations. I also read the children a story and spent time in a classroom on my second interview.   Answer Question
