None, I work in talent acquisition so unless someone is

being difficult I'm lucky to be able to handle just about anything Oh wait, this one went down a wonky path: "If you were hired how would you onboard yourself and integrate with the team" "What would your focus be after you started"

Huh? Who onboards themself?
Even the most resourceful skilled and experienced candidate shouldn't be expected to do that
If an HM has concerns about fitting in and entering a well established group (aka click), it would up primarily up to the HM to guide that entrance with lots of feedback and sensitivity. The workplace is no better than high school--most women don't like new additions. I've seen lots of shunning with new hires and perceived-only outcasts in my HR career. If your team is the same, hire an ethnocentric no diversity candidate no one wants to play the inclusion games. GOOD RIDDANCE
