Application

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at NorSpark.

Interview

The actual interview wasn't necessarily negative but what frustrated me the most was the fact that these aren't marketing positions- they are sales positions! They say it isn't cold calling but you are soliciting people in stores like BJs, Sam's club etc. for AT&T. They won't tell you this over the phone and instead require that you come into the office. The person who reached out to me had multiple errors in every email she sent me, which should have been an indicator. I decided to give the interview a chance. I waited for 35 minutes in the lobby after my scheduled interview time and was finally called back. The interview with Marc went well but it was really just a "get to know you" and not actually an interview which makes me think they will hire anyone.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NorSpark (Raleigh, NC) in January 2018.

    Interview

I applied to Norspark for a marketing manager position and I was interviewed late january 2018. The building is VERY nice, professional, and clean. Its was a great atmosphere and all of the employees were very friendly and welcoming. During the interview, I was asked a lot of personal questions even though I was told it would be more about him explaining the job to me. Some of the questions were quite difficult to answer. I soon learned that this job is NOT for the position of a marketing manager, but rather an entry level sales person. He told me that they drive to a different company each day (verizon, at&t, sams club, etc...) and try to make sales to the customers. This is NOT the position that I want and the job post online is very misleading. You basically go into the office for an hour or two, then drive over to the company you're working with that day.
