    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at North Jersey Federal Credit Union (Totowa, NJ) in May 2015.

    Interview

I would strongly recommend having at least three questions prepared. Smile, and be polite to everyone you come in contact with. The interview process was not too difficult but not too easy either.

    Interview

It’s a joke! You’ll get hired if you went in sweat pants they need people because no one with a brain lasts more than a year. Literally can’t thinkof one person who interviewed and didn’t get hired. They don’t even hire in bulk I can walk in tomorrow and they’d hire me. It’s pathetic

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at North Jersey Federal Credit Union (Totowa, NJ) in May 2019.

    Interview

May 6, I submitted my application and on May 17 I had in person interviews. June 2, I reached out to find out the status of my candidacy and was told that they were still in 1st round interviews but would make a decision that week. I heard nothing and I reached out again on June 21 and June 26 and received absolutely NO response. At this point, I have no interest to work for this particular company if this is how they treat prospective employees as it gives me allot of insight on how employees are treated
