I made it to the final round 2 of a job I really want. I’ve gotten perfect reviews for all the interviews so far. I did the 1st of 2 calls & my recruiter scheduled the 2nd one for next week due to the 2nd interviewer being OOO all this week.

Interview process went so smooth. I could see the good culture that they boast about. The pannel members were so friendly. Average time taken was 40 min. Asked about trading, capital markets. Golden rules of accouting etc.

The interview process was the usual kind. You apply through their website and you’ll receive an email and their HR will guide you from there. Initially, if I remember correctly, the assessment comes first once you applied through their website. If you pass, you will proceed with the interview. There are two interviews in mg experience. Once the interviews are done, it took some time for HR to get back with the result. I applied in January and they reached out to me at around March so it was a 2 month wait basically after the assessments and interviews.

I have received a mail assessment test link from northern trust then I gave the assessment test total 105 Que solve in 1 hours. It's a very moderate assessment test.

Process was 3 weeks NA I was just wondering every step of the interview asking new question even if it is not matching to profile Boaring culture They No worries or taking care about employees timings

HR recruiter took a while before reaching out. I eventually emailed the recruiter and asked for a feedback regarding my application. I think it's easier if you're applying under a referral.

The interview process is convenient and the interviewers are all kind and understanding. 30 minutes interview is enough and I can tell they are very professional with what they do.
