I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Notch (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2020
Interview
I had three rounds of interview. My first round was with the HR, second with the controller and third with the director of finance. The thing which was common in all was the comfort that they gave me as a candidate. In the entire process I didn't even even feel that I'm giving an interview. It was more like having a conversation with someone. They all were super friendly. I'm surely looking forward to work with them.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Notch (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2020
Interview
The interview process is definitely quicker than the average; but it is to be expected because that's the nature of start-up culture. Albeit the speed at which the interview process occurred not for a second did I feel rushed during the process of the actual interview. The team I was interviewed with was a tremendous representation of the culture here at ChefHero.
