  sales pitch, which they seem to do with every candidate.

They use a needs based selling approach so you need to pitch starting with an agenda, needs assessment, value prop and close.

Assess the clients needs and then repeat those needs and meet them with the values the product offers. You should be able to "close" the deal. If you do, they will probably hire you.
