Interview
I had my first round of interviews in-person at a career fair. It was purely behaviorally and I really enjoyed the interview. It felt genuine and I enjoyed speaking to my interviewer. I was scheduled for my next interview which was supposed to be technical but my interview did not show up at all. I emailed recruiter during the scheduled interview time as well as a few days after but she never bothered to respond. I was very disappointed, I took the time out of my day to interview with them but they were so unprofessional and purely disrespectful.

The HR was very nice as well as the team and the whole application process for the position, other available positions were also mentioned in case I was interested or this one was not a success.

Interview
The interview process was largely centered around assessing attitude and prior experience. The technical questions presented were surprisingly straightforward, implying that the company prioritizes team dynamics over skill level alone. This left me with the impression that they place a strong emphasis on teamwork.
