Interview
The candidates were interviewed individually in panels of 2-3 interviewers. They mostly asked us personality questions with a few technical questions thrown in. The people were extremely friendly, and I'm disappointed I was not given an offer, but I probably did not give a very good interview. The questions were pretty tough. They would ask vague questions, but would not accept vague answers in response. -MBH

Interview
The interview process consisted of a phone interview that lasted about an hour and was with a panel of five metallurgists currently working at the facility. An onsite interview followed, consisting of three different panel interviews. Two were with the team members and the third was with the managers. The onsite interviews lasted a full work day and included a tour and lunch.
