Application
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Numbrs (Zürich (Switzerland)) in October 2018.
Interview
Short supplement to an already disappointing litany of negative feedback, which the company does not seem to care to respond to (red flag).
Interview process was short and efficient; a call followed up with technical interview onsite.
Mixed impressions of interviewers being nice and somewhat arrogant at the same time.
Questions fairly easy, related to data structures, distributed systems, and telemetry, among others.
Not always clear what the interviewer is looking to learn.
Two interviewers, of whom the more senior did not always seem fully aware of the correct answer to the questions they asked (his comments got corrected once or twice by the more junior one).
At the end, visibly annoyed with insufficient answers, commenting in a fairly rude and unprofessional manner.
No useful feedback after interviews. (No feedback at all, in fact.)
Overall, impression of fair technical grasp but lack of maturity in working with people.
Asked about the reasons for recent substantial cuts in staff, explained that they "hired the wrong people". This matches the otherwise quite explicitly admitted tendency to allocate blame to others instead of self-reflection and leading by positive example. (Hired 50 wrong people? Really? Perhaps you're doing it wrong, Numbrs?)
No offer received, which spared me from rejecting them myself.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Numbrs (Zürich (Switzerland)) in May 2016.
Interview
Terrible culture and mediocre management. The top management is very arrogant. Clean desk policy is everywhere. The company has changed multiple times its identity for a reason. The interview process was OK even though one of the interviewers was extremely arrogant.

Centralway's hiring process was professional and efficient. I received a reply and invitation for the first interview within a day of submitting my application. Interviews with other members of the company soon followed, together with an introduction/ trial day at Centralway which I found extremely useful and interesting. Everyone was friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. Overall, a great experience and I am happy to be part of Centralway team.

Interview
Had an online exam for 2 hours, which included creating a mobile application and an arithmetic question. The exam was interesting and challenging. However, I failed to get an offer because apparently I did not perform well in the exam.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Numbrs (Zürich (Switzerland)) in December 2017.
Interview
It started with HackerRank test which was really hard. 3 questions for 90 minutes.. Some of the unit tests failed and some of them had timeout..
Somehow they decided to continue..
After it I had skype interview with the HR and the R&D manager. Which was more focus on HR questions and it was OK.
After it I got code assessment, to write a service and send the code 2 days after. One day after I had a skype interview about this assessment(something like code review) with one of the developers, the R&D manager and the H&R. We got through the code, the tests and etc. During the review they raised concerns and questions regarding my code which I needed to cover.
A day after they decided it wasn't good enough and rejected me.

FIrst I had a skype interview with the what would be my boss. He also asked technical questions. Then I had a skype interview with two people working on the same group.
After that they asked me to perform a technical task at home, for which I had a week of time. The task was a bit lengthy but it took me only 1 days and a half.
Finally I had a site interview, during which I had 4 1:1 interview and I had the chance to discuss my solution to the technical task.

Interview
They send you a HackerRank link to solve a couple of "easy" problems in 90 minutes. One of the problems was harder than expected, but after a couple of tries I managed to solve it with an efficient algorithm and pass all tests. Took about 45 minutes in total.
After that they contacted me to inform that I was not selected because other candidates reached a higher score in the challenge.
I think they should be more clear about what they expect from this first test. I am more used to initial screenings to be not so strict and just tried not to over-do it. Turns out that's what they expected me to do.
Not a good practice to hire, IMHO. You are filtering perfectly good candidates that might excel in solving real-world problems just because they didn't get a perfect score in a particular mathematical problem.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Numbrs (Zürich (Switzerland)) in December 2017.
Interview
After applying, I got an interview invite to solve some questions on hackerrank.
There were 2 questions. One was a task to solve a particular problem using Java or Kotlin, while the other one was to complete an application in Android Studio and upload it.
One thing that delayed me with the Android application was me trying to update the build.gradle file to use kotlin. Apparently, on uploading the build.grade file is reverted to its original copy. So you are expected to build the application using standard Android API's and Java.

Interview
I applied online, same day received hr's email, then scheduled a Skype call with hr. Some general position question, not technical. Hr also asked for a sample code, payment requirement.
Two days later received an email, saying we have another candidate fit their requirement better, unfortunately, you are not selected.
The overall experience is slightly disappointed, questions being asked is too general, and the reason for denial is unclear. Usually a good tech company should emphasis tech questions.
