Easy Interview

Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at O'Reilly Auto Parts (Seattle, WA).

Interview

A bit confusing from what I remember, and a bit informal and off the cuff, I believe. My impression was they just wanted to see what you were like, all they wanted was a first impression. I went to one store, but ended up working at another store.

    Interview

It was a pretty typical interview. Sat down and answered a few questions. The only thing that stood out was the aptitude test you had to take to prove you could deal with numbers without transposing them. Probably important when dealing with part numbers (and money).
