OBI Creative Interview Questions

Phone call Video call Panel in person 3 stage interview, but relaxed and didn’t feel intimidated. It seemed drawn out and from the panel interview to the offer it was a few weeks, but things get busy.

This was a virtual interview with a panel of employees. It was a standard Q&A format. There were questions related to past experience, this current role, and information about the company overall.

Went through 3 phases of interviews. 1st through phone call 2nd through a zoom call 3rd invited me to meet the team and have a chat at the headquarters. I'm not upset with why I'm not selected. They never told me but probably because of my experience. What I'm annoyed by was that they should have reviewed my skills before even inviting me to a 3rd interview. It was kind of a waste of time and effort. Also in my 3rd interview, the team did not ask me about my experience but rather chat more a lot about who I am and what I like to do hobbies and etc. While it is nice to get to know one another but the whole interview process should not just only be about getting to know the candidate on a personal level. I felt like I was there to basically make connections and friends. Overall, it is an ok process. People are friendly.
