OOZOU Javascript Developer interview questions

1:1 full video interview scheduled by the CEO, for which I kept getting notifications about the incoming call in the 2/3 days before the chosen date. Nobody showed up, no notice of any kind to cancel or reschedule the interview. I usually give the benefit of doubt and I've sent another email to the HR person (who contacted me first) asking if there was any reason for what happened, ready to reschedule. Again, no response. My first thought is that the way you treat potential employees mirrors the way you treat actual employees, which is a major concern in this case.
