Your first interview will be a phone screening with the HR Hiring Manager. From there, you will be scheduled to interview with a hiring committee composed of 5-6 individuals including department supervisor, individuals from the hiring department, and a couple of individuals from other departments on campus. If successful, the final say in hiring is always left to the President of the college after the 3rd and final interview with them.
