A good approach especially for less expressly specific questions may be to relate "example scenarios." Explain the concerns and interest various proponents, opponents, regulators, transportation users, abutters, bystanders, aka "stakeholders" could have and how you would address or resolve their concerns and how you would manage impact on progress and direction of the development and design process. Tell three or four related or different stories, aka examples, to show breadth and scope of your knowledge and / or experience. At some point you will want to try to see if you can get the panelists to confirm that you have responded at least adequately if not exhaustively. Perhaps try to notice if they stopped writing and started listening! Maybe that is a signal they "got enough".
