Open Control Systems Controls Engineer interview questions

Interview was for a desk job. Worked fine while training, then due to lack of personel, helped out in the field then they decided all Controls Engineers are Field Techs and spent the next 10 months spending 95% plus time in field including install. Great company, but misleading in the interview.
