The process started with a single interview and transitioned into a group interview if you made it to the next round of interviews. You had to present on case study that showed your selling capabilities. Pretty easy if you practiced.

Phone screen, then a group interview, then a 1:1. Know the company and try to learn about the software and you should be good. Be confident and show them you want it.
Very smooth, first a call with HR manager and then Assessment Center where I had the chance to talk to employees of different levels, both current BDR reps and the manager of the team. Very well organized with plenty of time to ask questions and learn more about future growth opportunities as well as the company culture.
