Are you prepared to contribute to cases that will provide defense for potentially guilty perpetrators?

Reviewed resume and cover letter, questions oriented towards experience with incarcerated populations / people involved with the justice system. Interviewer is department manager. Have preference for in person work (which makes sense given the nature of the work).

Tough interview, but mostly questions about how you will be able to emotionally cope with what you see on the job. Make sure you emphasize that you have a good support network and have an answer for why you'll be okay with handling this really tough and graphic information. Amazing team, amazing office, you will not find better, kinder people to work with.
