Yes, I'm used to being battered with heavy volume and dealers calling. In order to survive the job, you have to be able to multi-task. Decision applications, while listening to the dealer. But you have to make the conversations short and sweet, to the point, without sacrificing customer service. Address their issue. Get them off the phone without making them feel rushed.
