I interviewed first with the HR Manager I sincerely enjoyed the conversation and she even gave me a chance to reschedule once I realized I researched the incorrect company. She was also very transparent and was able to provide a lot of information about the company. I moved on to the next step in the interview process with teams manager that interview went well too or so I thought, but it’s been over two weeks since I heard from the hr manager or the teams manager. I emailed both and they just straight up ghosted me. I’m really disappointed in how this was handled considering I was very excited about the role. I wish they wouldn’t have dropped the ball like this but life goes on.
