Easy Behaviour questions, why you are a good asset, how well you work in a team or alone , your strengths and weaknesses, how you handle difficult situations, are you a leader or a follower
- Why are you a fit

The recruiter is friendly. At the screening interview, check the qualifications for the job requirement. It's a good talk! No followup interview. It should be three steps: screen interview, hiring manager, and the panel interview where needs to present a case study
- Screen interview ask the motivation for the position After that, check the skillsets (SQL, CRM, GA experience with the requirments)

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Corona, CA
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Dental Services (Corona, CA) in Oct 2023
Slow, painfully slow hiring process, with no communication. Contacted by recruiter, and moved onto a zoom meeting with a manager, the first date was cancelled by him, and rescheduled. During the zoom, he asked for an in-person interview, scheduled for one week later. Upon leaving the in-person interview, he stated he was ‘interested in me’, and would let me know approx a week and half later. Almost 2 full weeks later, I finally decided to email him to get a status update, and he replied stated I was still ‘under consideration’ he hoped to have a decision soon. I emailed him again several days after the date he hoped to have his decision made, and almost immediately, the recruiter texted me to say I was not chosen for the position. A 6 week process in total, told twice I was a candidate for the position, and then, I don’t even get the decency of a phone call or email?

The office manager reached out and a time and date was set. The manager of the region was also present. Questions regarding scheduling arrangements (two column vs one column scheduling), appointment length, and perio diagnosing were discussed.
- What would my ideal schedule be.

Short and not all all informative. All they were worried about was how much time I can commit to them. I guess they have a lot of turnover. Doesn’t seem like a company that can do work/life balance.
- If I would be willing to work 6 days a week. Ya no.

Good interview further development done. Interesting and good luck. Asking not relevant details and questions. Further development needed to take seriously. Good interview further development done. I declined the offer.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Aurora, CO
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pacific Dental Services (Aurora, CO) in Aug 2023
After the in person interview process, told you would hear back at a specific time, heard nothing, emailed the person interviewed with and no response. No communication or follow up, not wvwn the professionalism to respond to an email.
- What is your management style?

Anonymous Employee in Denver, CO
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Dental Services (Denver, CO) in Aug 2023
Straightforward and easy. I spoke with a recruiter and then I met the dentist and office manager. Everything went smoothly. Communication could have been better, but overall it was a good experience.
- Describe a time you handled something challenging?

Good dentist, recruiter, employees. i did not like the draw clause. They offer good benefits such as insurance and C E courses. Maybe it would be good for a new grad.
- Nothing. They would just hire you

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Irvine, CA
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Pacific Dental Services (Irvine, CA)
Applied online. HR sent an email and scheduled a time/date for a screening call. Confirmation/reminder emails were received from PDS. HR never called nor responded in anyway. Keep using surveillance and eavesdropping as a dirty toy on your candidates. Makes perfect sense why PDS is a rats nest. Maybe you should relocate PDS to North Korea, for a more suitable setting?
