The hiring process consist of different venues depending on the line of business, however the majority of interviews are panel interviews

Negotiation

basically the best you can negotiate for is salary, approx., 70% of PG&E positions are union and to be consistent they will not very from the standard allotment (I.E. vacation, sick pay, holidays etc..) The recruiter and hiring manager can offer you a one time extra week for your first year and they can offer you a sign on bonus so it's always good to ask. But don't be upset if they come back and say no. Remember PG&E is fortunate to have has tons of applicants just waiting to get their foot in the door.
