    Interview

It was very professional, but It was also relaxed with very little stress. I enjoyed asking questions and seeing what type of benefits they had to offer. There wasn't anything they asked me that felt uncomfortable to answer.

    Interview

Sat down with the manager and asked about previous work experience. Great interview and reflective of how even though they are a large company they empower each manager with the hiring decisions.

    Assistant Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Franklin, KY

    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Papa John's (Franklin, KY) in January 2012.

    Interview

The interview was minimal. I met with the GM and the district manager in the front waiting area. They had me sit in one of the chairs while they stood behind the counter. They talked to me for possibly 10 minutes tops. Basic questions about my food service management experience which parroted my application. I was asked about my work schedule availability and if I had car insurance in the event I needed to pick up a shift as a driver on occasions. Honestly, it was pretty clear that I was hired within the first 2 minutes of the interview. No stress or need to get too hyped up. If they interview you then you've been hired.

    Negotiation

There wasn't one. They pay a set rate with an empty promise of a raise in the future.

It was short and sweet ask the normal question, nothing big, you do need to pass a MVR even if you are not driving for the job just in case a driver doesn't show up they will place you on the road.
