I applied online. I received an email from a recruiter to set up a phone interview. It was a basic HR screening, they ask what your interests are and where you want to work. At the end of the phone interview they offered several different departments and you choose one to interview in-person with. In-person interview was with two managers from the department I chose.
Interview process was very conversational, with casual questions on the experience and resume. Went in detail into recent experiences on the resume and asked me to elaborate on specific skills and weaknesses. Overall very positive experience

Interview
The interview consisted of two phone calls - one with a recruiter and then one with the hiring manager who you would work under. The interviews aren’t long and consist of learning more about the role and company and answering some questions.
The interview was okay. The people were nice. On my way in a worker asked to touch my Afro and that was bothersome to me. But the questions were thought provoking and helped make the process enjoyable and more conversation like.
